When it comes to the Netflix Original Series WET HOT AMERICAN SUMMER: FIRST DAY OF CAMP, the cast is just so huge, I can’t help but wonder how come I’m not in this thing? Seriously (or not), the cast is immense, and if the 8-episode mini-series (which debuts July 31st on Netflix) is anything like it’s just-released trailer, the laughs will be immense as well. The sequel to the 2001 cult film features Elizabeth Banks, Michael Ian Black, Bradley Cooper, Judah Friedlander, Janeane Garofalo, Joe Lo Truglio, Ken Marino, Christopher Meloni, Marguerite Moreau, Zak Orth, Amy Poehler, David Hyde Pierce, ANT-MAN himself – Paul Rudd (look for my interview with him coming soon), Molly Shannon, and Michael Showalter, along with new characters played by Jon Hamm, Kristen Wiig, John Slattery, and more.
