Award-winning artist and Nashville native Jelly Roll is making waves on Broadway with the opening of his new entertainment venue, Goodnight Nashville. While the venue quietly opened in mid-January, an official grand opening celebration is set for Thursday, Feb. 20.
Created in partnership with Arizona-based Evening Entertainment Group (EEG), Goodnight Nashville marks the first celebrity-backed concept on Broadway from a Music City native. The four-story venue, located between 2nd and 3rd Avenue South in the former Trail West Boot Store, blends dining, nightlife, and even a tattoo parlor pop-up, all inspired by Jelly Roll’s signature raw and authentic style.
The first floor features a vibrant main bar with a diverse menu, live music, and a striking visual aesthetic, including a massive skull chandelier and a “Save Me/I’m Fine” art installation. A wrap-around mezzanine above provides additional seating and will house a flash-style tattoo space, opening alongside the grand celebration.
The second floor, dedicated to Jelly Roll’s wife, Bunnie Xo, offers an intimate nightclub experience with DJ performances and plush VIP booths. The third floor, Buddy’s, serves as an upscale cocktail lounge named in honor of the singer’s late father, offering craft cocktails and a curated menu in a speakeasy-style setting. The top floor boasts an indoor-outdoor rooftop with sweeping city views, comfortable booths, and a rotating skull chandelier.
“As we set out to create EEG’s first venue in Nashville, we knew there was no better person to partner with than a true hometown hero like Jelly Roll,” says Les Corieri, co-owner of Evening Entertainment Group. “Goodnight Nashville is more than just a place to grab a drink—it’s an experience where music, culture, and hospitality meet. Goodnight Nashville’s menu, crafted by Executive Chef Patrick Murphy, features elevated American gastropub fare, including gourmet burgers, wings, and signature desserts. The venue also offers an extensive bar menu with specialty cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
