FAITH NO MORE might be my favorite band of all-time, but from SOL INVICTUS, their first album in 18 years, it has been a tad bit disappointing that all of the “music videos” released thus far have all been culled from live performances that can mostly be found in their entirety on YouTube already. Today that’s changed, with the release of “Sunny Side Up,” a concept video by filmmaker JOE LYNCH. Now, the thing is… the band isn’t actually in it, and the last time they did a video like that (“I Started A Joke”), they split. That better not happen this time around…

Sol Invictus (Reclamation Recordings/Ipecac Recordings), Faith No More’s first new album since 1997’s Album of the Year, arrived in May, debuting at #6 on the Billboard Top Albums chart and landing at similar spots worldwide (including #2 in Australia, #4 in Germany and #6 in the UK).  The months surrounding release found the band headlining a number of festivals including Sonisphere, Download, Riot Fest, Bumbershoot and Rock in Rio.  Returning to late night television for the first time since the mid ‘90s, Faith No More took the stage on The Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live and Last Call with Carson Daly.
